All U.S. orders will be delivered within approximately 1 week from purchase date.
For international orders, shipping times may vary by country.

All pre-made orders will have a 3-5 day production fulfillment time period. This means we will fulfill your order within 3-5 days and ship it out. Depending on where you live, it may take additional days on top of the 3-5 days for you to receive your order. Average overall delivery time is 1 week.

If you haven't received a confirmation email within one (1) week of placing your order, please check your Spam or Promotions folders.
REFUNDS/EXCHANGES

Refunds and exchanges are only eligible in cases involving manufacturing defects or other issues that are approved by our support team upon review.
Important notes:
All items sales are final. Please note that we do not offer refunds or exchanges for items ordered in the wrong size. We strongly encourage our customers to refer to our size chart before placing an order to ensure the best fit upon arrival.

Please double-check your shipping address upon checking out, we are not liable for any incorrect information provided when checking out. We will try our best to modify the delivery address before the order is fulfilled; however we cannot guarantee that changes will be made in the appropriate time.

If you made a mistake on your order, please contact (support@selfdestructionisabeautyart.com) we will try our best to accommodate your exchange with the inventory on hand for orders that have not yet been fulfilled or shipped.
However, a refund will not be issued 14 days from the date of delivery.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct upon checking out. We are not responsible for issues caused by incorrect or invalid shipping information.
If your package(s) are returned due to an invalid shipping address:
- Please email us at support@selfdestructionisabeautyart.com
- Once we receive the returned item, we will issue a refund excluding the shipping fee.
- Shipping fees (typically $6-$10) are non-refundable
